BEFORE YOU GET IN TOUCH
A few things to know.
Does the visiting provider speak English?
Not necessarily. Your conversation with us is in English, and we coordinate with the provider in Turkish where needed. Tell us if you have a particular communication requirement before agreeing the visit.
Are the local websites separate companies?
The Kadıköy and Beyoğlu plumbing and handyman websites are operated by Istanbul Home Services Co. They focus on local jobs, and their WhatsApp enquiries reach the same concierge.
Can I get a price straight away?
Some jobs can be quoted from clear photos and measurements; others need an assessment. We’ll ask the provider what can be confirmed and whether there is a visit or assessment charge.
Do you arrange urgent visits?
We aim to reply within a day and check availability for each request. This is not a 24-hour emergency response service.
Can I send a request without knowing which service I need?
Yes. Describe what is wrong and include a photo if useful. We can help identify the kind of provider to ask.
